If you’re not, just return the item with proof of purchase within 30 days and we promise to exchange or refund it. Items must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition. The cost of the item will be refunded once we receive it in our fulfilment centre. Postage and return postage will not be refunded.
If you find you have a fault with your item, simply email our Customer Care team via our website, quoting your order number and we can help you. If your item is deemed faulty we will refund 100% of the cost of the item and postage. Please contact our Customer Care Team on our returns procedure.
